Just because you have a shovel it doesn't make you a landscaper. Just because you have a scuba mask, doesn't make you qualified to be a marine biologist. Just because you have a computer and can purchase computer programs, it doesn't make you a designer or someone who can effectively design a website. It does take time, experience - and the ability to use a computer but it's a tool, not an instant license to being a good designer. Diana,
